We collect customer name, phone number and address information only for the period any of customer's repair item is being held at our shop.
This information is assicaited with unique user ID and is used to coomunicate with customer during item repair process via RepairShop mobile app and the customer web portal.
After the repair process has been completed, the customer can request to delete this information from this page.
Note: The user ID will be preserved for our record keeping.
